Content on this website is for general information only and is not a diagnosis or a substitute for an in-person examination. Online consultations give an initial assessment; your final treatment plan is confirmed only after a clinical examination in Bangkok.

3. Prices and quotes

Prices shown are in Thai Baht and may change. Promotions apply only within their stated dates and conditions. Your personal quote is confirmed after examination and may differ if your clinical needs change.

4. Bookings, deposits and cancellations

• A deposit may be required to secure appointment dates or packages.

• Rescheduling is free with at least 7 days’ notice.

• Deposits for third-party services such as hotels or transfers follow the partner’s own refund rules.

• Unused treatment deposits are refundable or transferable as stated in your booking confirmation.

5. Warranty

Eligible treatments include the warranty stated in your treatment plan, provided you attend recommended check-ups and follow aftercare instructions. Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse or untreated grinding.

6. Your responsibilities

Please provide accurate medical history, follow aftercare advice, and allow enough time in Bangkok for the full treatment and review appointments.

7. Liability

We provide care with professional skill and in line with Thai Dental Council standards. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as missed flights or travel costs.
